At EcoBasketShop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at ecobasketshop18@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, EcoBasketShop may arrange or reimburse return shipping, as applicable. For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
